Terms of Service

The product
RevenueGrove is subscription software for recording recovery opportunities, configuring business guardrails, tracking follow-up state, and reporting bookings and attributed value. Integrations, onboarding, and support supplement the software and may depend on third-party providers.
Accounts and authorized use
You are responsible for authorized users, accurate account information, and activity under your account. You may not misuse the product, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or deceptive content, infringe another person’s rights, or use RevenueGrove to contact people without a lawful basis and required consent.
Client responsibilities
You control the customer records, scripts, service-area rules, emergency instructions, availability, and communications use cases configured for your business. You are responsible for the accuracy of those instructions, honoring consumer requests, and complying with call-recording, telemarketing, messaging, privacy, and industry requirements that apply to your business.
Subscriptions and usage
Recurring subscriptions continue until canceled. Any usage-based communications or AI charges disclosed at checkout or in an order form are additional to the platform fee. Paddle may act as merchant of record and process payments, invoices, taxes, cancellations, and refunds.
Results and availability
Recovery estimates, projected revenue, and examples are illustrative and not guarantees. Outcomes depend on lead volume, contact quality, availability, pricing, close rates, client instructions, and other factors. We may change or improve the product and may suspend access needed to prevent misuse or protect the service.
Confidentiality and data
Each party must protect the other party’s non-public business information using reasonable care. You retain ownership of data you provide. You grant RevenueGrove the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and display that data to provide the product.
Intellectual property
RevenueGrove and its software, design, copy, and related materials are owned by RevenueGrove or its licensors. Except for the subscription right to use the product, no ownership rights are transferred.
Warranty and liability
The product is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed and RevenueGrove is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Any mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Cancellation, changes, and contact
You may cancel as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. We may update these terms as the product evolves; the effective date identifies the current version. Questions can be sent to founder@revenuegrove.com.
These launch terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel before RevenueGrove handles live customer communications or accepts production subscriptions.
