What RevenueGrove does
RevenueGrove provides software for tracking missed-call and open-estimate recovery, recording workflow outcomes, configuring response guardrails, and reporting attributed value. Guided onboarding and communications integrations may be offered alongside the software.
Information we collect
We may collect account identity and contact details, business configuration, recovery records entered into the console, inquiry content, call or message metadata, appointment information, service-location details, and limited technical data needed to secure and operate the product.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide and improve the console, operate client-approved workflows, route and document requests, measure outcomes, prevent misuse, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Calls, messages, and AI assistance
When a client enables a communications integration, automated systems may assist with intake, classification, routing, or drafting. Recording and transcription are enabled only for approved workflows and must be disclosed where required. Marketing texts are not sent without the required consent. Recipients can use STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
Service providers and international processing
We may use providers for hosting, authentication, communications, AI processing, analytics, support, and billing. We share only information reasonably needed to provide those functions and use contractual or technical safeguards appropriate to the service.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the product, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use reasonable administrative and technical controls, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we control, subject to legal and contractual limits. If information was entered by one of our business clients, we may direct the request to that client.
